How It Works:
The operator inserts the camera head into the drain or sewer line through an access point, such as a cleanout or an inspection port.
As the camera travels through the pipes, it captures video footage of the interior, transmitting it to the monitor for real-time viewing.
Simultaneously, the camera emits an electromagnetic signal that the locator unit can detect.
The locator operator follows the path of the signal and uses the locator's display to determine the depth and horizontal location of the camera within the pipe.
By combining the visual inspection from the camera with the locator's information, the operator can accurately identify the nature and location of any blockages, damage, or other issues within the drainage or sewer system.
